The Welcome Party, Grand National Auction and the Awards Dinner have reserved seating. Seating requests can only be honored if all registration forms are received within 24 hours of each other. Reserved seating cannot be guaranteed after January 15th, seats will be placed at general admission tables after that point.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

New for 2019: Reserved Seating for the Welcome Party, Grand National Auction, and Awards Ceremony can not be guaranteed after January 15, 2019.  All tickets purchased after that date will be placed at General Admission tables.

 

Name badges will only be given to convention attendees who purchase event tickets.  Members will receive a free wristband for the sport show by registering through our app. The app will be available for registration starting January 2019.  You will pick up all wristbands in registration (Ryman Exhibit Hall) in Nashville.

No refunds will be made, or online orders accepted, after February 8th. Tickets must be purchased on site starting February 13th in Ryman Exhibit Hall.
